Our Vision

We are excited for the opportunity to provide care for members of our community who can no longer live in their own home. We are determined to ensure the local neighborhood sees our AFH as a key asset to community members.

Assist and train residents in appropriate socialization, including: Productive and independent leisure time, group activities, community gatherings as well as day programs

Resident Support and Training !

Love N Comfort staff also work one on one with residents based on their level of need. Support group meets weekly with a licensed psychotherapist to work on conflict resolution, communication skills, healthy boundaries and relationships. Our life skills program utilizes community-based professionals, and staff to present a well-rounded curriculum. Success measurements include the following: higher level of social interaction skills, increased sense of pride in their home environment, decrease in isolation, increased mental health coping skills and increased daily participation within the home setting.
